The terminal will be developed in a series of phases. The initial phase will allow for delivery of 50 railcars per week, with direct transloading from railcar to truck. With track space of 8,000 ft., unit train deliveries will be accommodated in the second phase of development. TORQ anticipates advancing phase two of the development in early 2019. Additionally, the second phase will include full build out of multi-commodity transloading capabilities potentially including NGLs, HCL, diesel and chemicals.

"Working closely with CN, the Buick Creek Terminal will provide much needed additional commodity transloading capacity to meet the strong demand in the area", the company said.
